We’re hiring a VP of sales and marketing – Enterprise to help us accelerate our growth. You’ll work closely with the rest of the company, especially the CEO, to drive all sales and GTM related effort, primarily as a top individual contributor to start with. Over time, you’ll build a sales team & repeatable processes/practices to scale. You’ll contribute heavily to the evolution of our SaaS platform and GTM strategy. You’ll also join our management team and play a critical role in moving the company to the next stage in the next 6 months. Think value creation, plus empathy, plus experience.
You are not looking for a desk bound 9.00 to 5.00 role. You’re comfortable working in a high energy B2B scale-up and you are credible in front of high-level executives of Global 2000 companies.
Most importantly, you must love what you do and have a real passion for closing deals on state-of-the-art technology. You will be ambitious, driven by your desire to excel far beyond your peers and like the rest of the company have a genuine desire to change the way the world invents. You are confident but also humble and look to your peers to help you improve.
You’re a hunter and coach. Eager to take initiatives & deliver result on day 1 whilst coaching and mentoring other members of our team based on your experience of selling and negotiating high value contracts with the Global 2000.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with success in SaaS scale-ups competing in the innovation or Intellectual Property ecosystems. Experience in leading inside sales teams is a strong plus. Demonstrable and consistent year-on-year sales success. Track record of leading the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract.
Advanced knowledge of sales methodology and best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong connection to our target Global 2000 customer base.
Sufficient expertise in technology and intellectual property to robustly understand, discuss and present Iprova to our target customers.
