To provide comprehensive, expert and hands-on HR support to line managers within our Innovation Sector, applying expertise and knowledge via coaching and advice in order to foster a high performance culture. A vital component of the role is to ensure that the firm achieves its commercial objectives whilst being legally compliant and taking into account individual sensitivities. The role encompasses the full range of employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary/grievance/appeals, absence management, redundancy, TUPE and policy and contract development/compliance. Note that case work will be typically up to MC rank.
