Working with Nikki and Andrew in the accounting and payroll teams here in Cambridge, you’ll own 2 EMEA entities, (we currently have 14) with others very much on their way.

Don’t panic though, you’ll get localised GAAP support. The great thing is, you’ll get to open, incorporate and do the accounting for new European entities, in some potentially very complex countries. Russia being one such entity.

As such. Russian language skills (although not critical) would be highly advantageous

You’ll report to the senior manager, accounting in the oversight and monitoring of the Financial Close Process. Naturally you’ll also perform month-end account analysis and reconciliations.

The great news is that this team is very much a grown-up (and rather fun) team, there is no insane micromanaging and huge diversity of role. You won’t get bored. Sure, it’s an accounting role, as such there are many underlying tasks. The best way I can describe this is, 60% accounting process, 40% everything else (this is where you drive your process improvement initiatives).
