Customer Success Manager
Through your experience of running a high throughput clinical lab (ideally running NGS at scale) you’ll be enabling customers to implement high throughput whole genome sequencing and other genomics applications within their lab. Being passionate about delivering full “end to end” customer solution, as well as providing exceptional customer support, you will take a pragmatic and proactive, solutions-focused, approach, leveraging your previous experience as well as your understanding of project management methodologies, processes, tools and techniques.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the NGS market and genomics field.
As a key customer advocate, you will be responsible for enabling and maintaining customer success through the lifecycle of a project, providing complete solutions. Using both your own clinical WGS experience and drawing on Illumina’s wider experience running high throughput clinical laboratories, you will guide your customer and manage their project implementation from the sales opportunity right the way through to full-scale production as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
