As a Comps & Bens Analyst, within the HR team, you’ll play an integral part in helping shape market-leading compensation and benefits programs which assist in attracting, motivating and retaining the amazing individuals that make up the Illumina EMEA family. You will have the opportunity to be involved with compensation analysis, benchmarking, job evaluation, developing and administering compensations programs, conducting market studies, analysing, implementing and administering benefits across several EMEA countries and acting as the primary liaison in health, retirement & wellness vendor management administration.
